Juliette works with groups of staff in a diverse range of companies and organisations to help them impliment positive changes to improve their function and productivity by providing experiential teachings, she asks challenging questions sensitively, enables individuals to identify what may not be working well for them and helps them find ways to make positive changes.  

In this episode Juliette talks about her own path of behaviour change and shares useful ideas and resources everyone can put into practice, covering topics of  emotional banking to build self confidence, developing positivity, the importance of self care, knowing your own values and the benefits of developing a reflective practice.
