 Scott talks about his early life of being bullied which led to him suffering with anxiety although he describes finding and following the Taoist philosophy helped him overcome the long standing anxiety and unhelpful habits he’d adopted, prompting him to feel calm and much less stressed in his day to day life as well as helping him recognise friendships that weren’t healthy which in turn made space for an expansion of his friendship circle and fulfilling work.
